Through peer support, the program aims to stimulate learning motivation, cultivate a campus culture of self-learning\/reading, and enhance students\u2019 learning capacity and critical thinking.\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-9 ma9i-0 ma9i-2 ma9i-3 ma9i-4\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-10 ma9i-8 ma9i-9\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-11 ma9i-b ma9i-c\"><span style=\"color:#fff;text-decoration:none;font-size:17px;font-weight:bold\">\n  Eligibility and Team Size\n<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-13 ma9i-0 ma9i-3 ma9i-4 ma9i-5\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-14 ma9i-8 ma9i-a\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-15 ma9i-c\"><div class=\"x-text e13302-16 ma9i-d\"><ul>\nAll enrolled students of MCU may form a team. Each team shall consist of 2 to 4 members, including one team leader. Each student may participate in no more than two teams.\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-17 ma9i-0 ma9i-2 ma9i-3 ma9i-4\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-18 ma9i-8 ma9i-9\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-19 ma9i-b ma9i-c\"><span style=\"color:#fff;text-decoration:none;font-size:17px;font-weight:bold\">\n  Goal Setting\n<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-21 ma9i-0 ma9i-3 ma9i-4 ma9i-5\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-22 ma9i-8 ma9i-a\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-23 ma9i-c\"><div class=\"x-text e13302-24 ma9i-d\"><ul>\n<li>Students are encouraged to integrate their own strengths for project planning. They may start by observing social \/ academic phenomena or needs to establish specific and measurable goals for the semester. Goals may be adjusted and implemented throughout the project period. Each team shall set one goal only.<\/li>\n<li>Goals must not duplicate any other program goals of the University that provide scholarships, grants, or subsidies.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the creativity and challenging nature of a project goal, goal setting cannot pertain to a graduation threshold or academic course grade.<\/li>\n<li>Project goals resonating with \u201cinterdisciplinary,\u201d \u201cnon-academic,\u201d or \u201caligning with the SDGs\u201d will be given priority.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants may refer to the outcome sharing section for more details. Be sure that project goals are specific and quantifiable.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-25 ma9i-0 ma9i-2 ma9i-3 ma9i-4\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-26 ma9i-8 ma9i-9\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-27 ma9i-b ma9i-c\"><span style=\"color:#fff;text-decoration:none;font-size:17px;font-weight:bold\">\n  Funding Support\n<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-29 ma9i-0 ma9i-3 ma9i-4 ma9i-5\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-30 ma9i-8 ma9i-a\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-31 ma9i-c\"><div class=\"x-text e13302-32 ma9i-d\"><ul>\n<li>Startup Grant: Your team will receive a startup grant upon approval.<\/li>\n<li>Project Grant: The remaining grant will be disbursed upon project goal attainment and two meeting progress records plus an outcome report submitted on time and in full.<\/li>\n\uff0aFunding is calculated at NT$1,000 per person and distributed proportionally as a startup grant and a final grant.\n(e.g., a four-member team will receive NT$2,000 as a startup grant and NT$2,000 as a project grant.)\n<li>Outstanding Performance Award: Subject to funding availability, outstanding teams will be selected to receive an additional NT$1,000 per person.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-33 ma9i-0 ma9i-2 ma9i-3 ma9i-4\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-34 ma9i-8 ma9i-9\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-35 ma9i-b ma9i-c\"><span style=\"color:#fff;text-decoration:none;font-size:17px;font-weight:bold\">\n  Outcome Report\n<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-37 ma9i-0 ma9i-4 ma9i-5 ma9i-6\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-38 ma9i-8 ma9i-a\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-39 ma9i-c\"><div class=\"x-text e13302-40 ma9i-d\"><ul>\n<li>The outcome report must be submitted in either Word or PowerPoint format (do not convert to PDF).\n<li>The report must include the following:\n<br>\uff0eProject goals, background and motivation\n<br>\uff0eLearning methods and process description\n<br>\uff0eOutcomes and data charts\n<br>\uff0eReflections and gains\n<br>\uff0eFuture improvements\n<li>Completed outcome reports will be publicized on this website.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-41 ma9i-0 ma9i-2 ma9i-3 ma9i-4\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-42 ma9i-8 ma9i-9\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-43 ma9i-b ma9i-c\"><span style=\"color:#fff;text-decoration:none;font-size:17px;font-weight:bold\">\n  Required Information to be Completed and Submitted\n<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e13302-45 ma9i-0 ma9i-3 ma9i-4 ma9i-5\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e13302-46 ma9i-8 ma9i-a\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e13302-47 ma9i-c\"><div class=\"x-text e13302-48 ma9i-d\"><ul>\n<li>Application Form: Complete the application form and upload it via eForm by 4:00 PM, April 17, 2026 (Friday). Only eForm submissions will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Review: All applications will be reviewed. Approved teams will be notified via email. The team leaders will be added to the Moodle course of the Teaching and Learning Resources Center Course Platform.<\/li>\n\n<li>At least 2 meetings: Each team must hold at least two progress meetings, at least one hour each.
